You may call or text us at (208) 466-4580 or email us for a New Patient Appointment. Linda or Alysson will set up an appointment time with you, we do not encourage or generally accept walk-ins for the first visit, as you will not receive undivided attention and the wait can be very long
You will receive paperwork ahead of your appointment and will be expected to have it filled-out and in hand for your first visit or you can complete your new patient intake paperwork online prior to your visit.
If paperwork is not ready, we will gladly reschedule your appointment for another time or make other arrangements for you
We do not bill any insurances, unless you are coming in for an Auto Accident and have MedPay on your insurance policy
