Here is a cool study on strength training. If you have been in our office in the last 6 months and you have asked the very real question, “What can I do to maintain myself? These adjustments are great (I read between the lines on that part), but what can I do?”

My answer is simple, STRENGTH TRAINING. Ask my family, the answer to most questions in our home is strength training, whether we are speaking of health or not!

Whether you are old or young, strength matters.

If you are intimidated by the prospect of a gym and mirrors and meatheads, relax. We have found an approach that is efficient, and produces great lifelong results.

Before that, however, you need to be sold on the benefits of becoming stronger. I don’t blame you for wanting to take my word for it, but hey, a little investigation is important and worthwhile. Here is a great link to start with:
