Immediate Family

I like documentaries. And I like 70’s style folk-rock. If either of these appeals to you, then you are in luck. If both appeal to you, then this film will send you to the moon. Read on!

Just a quick film recommendation:

Immediate Family from 2022 is the story of the studio musicians who played on “every” song, literally, from that era. It is difficult to find even one artist that they did not work with. James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Carol King, Jackson Browne, really everyone, except the Eagles because they did all their own.

This story is so interesting and riveting that I managed to get through it in one sitting without falling a sleep. No small feat for this cowboy.
