If you are a regular reader of our posts, you know that health and well being are an inside out proposition. Health comes from you, not to you. Our thoughts are a huge part of our health, maybe the most important part, and so cultivating habits of mind which lead to more vigorous health are essential. You cannot be healthy if your mind is not. So here is a great place to start (or stop), with complaining!

I send this on because in the current climate of social change, I have been no stranger to complaints. But I can do better, I’ll bet you can too. So in keeping with our movement toward defense (strengthening our immune response) managing our cortisol levels is a non-negotiable. Make your self stronger and more resilient today!  Stop complaining. (Thank you to Alysson for finding this article.)

Good article. I believe it too. Complaining and criticizing are sisters. How we think has a big effect on the health of our bodies. After all, it is all connected.
