Dr. Swaim Asks some important questions of interest to Nampa residents - Chiropractor Nampa Dr. Swaim Asks...

What's your plan to deal with drug-resistant 'super germs'?
Chiropractors have always been concerned with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics, accelerating the mutation of microbes that make "wonder" drugs increasingly ineffective. My strategy? Do everything possible to bolster my immune system through proper diet, rest, exercise, clean air, pure water and an optimally functioning nervous system with regular chiropractic care.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Nampa chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.

Your First Visit to Our Nampa Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

The first thing that will happen on your first visit is that you will be greeted by name at the front door. Why? Because you matter.

You will be escorted to a private room where you will be encourage to fill out the forms and relax. An assistant will not be far away if you have questions.

When you are finished, you will be interviewed by one of our charming and abled assistants, Anna or Linda. At that point you will meet Dr. Swaim, who has been briefed on you and your condition. He will ask a few more questions, (not the same ones the ladies have already asked and you have already answered), but rather questions that clarify for Dr. Swaim how to best proceed.

He will order examinations that include palpation, range of motion, reflexes, and a technological view of you called the sEMG and thermography. If X-rays are needed, then Dr. Swaim will refer you to an X-ray center.

All of this information will be processed and lead Dr. Swaim to a better understanding of you. At that point you will be rescheduled for your report, either later that same day, or the next day, which ever works best. The whole process usually takes about an hour.
